Welcome to Birds of a Color Art School!

Somebody pinch me because I am living my dream!  I am blessed to be an art educator.  I get to teach and inspire creativity in young minds all day.  I am a certified art educator who teaches at an elementary school and out of my home.  I love to incorporate history, science, literature and ART in a fun and dynamic learning environment.

Home school art classes will be offered for the following ages:​

  • Ages 8-11

After school art classes are for the following ages:

Students will be studying the elements and principles of design, learning about artists and cultures throughout history while experimenting with a variety of art media, including clay, watercolor, sum-e ink, pastels, print making...and more!

After School Art Class

I am also offering after school art classes!  Space is limited.  Students will be studying the elements and principles of design, learning about artists and cultures throughout history while experimenting with a variety of art media, including clay, watercolor, sum-e ink, pastels, print making...and more!
